Episode Title: Band’s Best Friend Air Date: May 23, 2009(moved to June 7, 2009) The Band’s Best Friend is the fifth episode of the first season of JONAS! TV Series which stars the pop-rock band sensation the Jonas Brothers. Jonas Brothers is composed of siblings Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas. The show being aired at Disney Channel. Band’s Best Friend will be aired on June 7 (formerly scheduled on May 23), with Nate Hartley as Carl as a guest. The title of the episode is an allusion of old saying man’s best friend. In 1870, a lawyer by the name of George Graham Vest wrote a poignant speech about dogs for a court case. One of the lines, “The one absolutely unselfish friend that a man can have in this selfish world, the one that never deserts him, the one that never proves ungrateful or treacherous, is his dog.”, was eventually pared down to man’s best friend by the press.

Synopsis of the Band’s Best Friend:

When the Lucas Brothers childhood friend visit them, the guys are happy that their friend Carl (Nate Hatley) doesn’t mind the bands new found popularity, unaware that Carl is using them in order to cash in on their celebrity. Meanwhile, Stella (Chelsea Staub) is upset with Macy (Nicole Anderson) for using the money she loaned her to buy a collectors potato chip that looks like Joe.
