The Suite Life On Deck Season 2
The wacky gang onboard on S.S. Tipton is sets to sail for its second season. The double trouble Zack and Cody, the socialite and spoiled London Tipton, Mr. Moseby and Bailey are now ready to rock our boat with fun and laughter are they set for another season of cruisin’. The Suite Life on Deck Season 1 rank as television’s number 2 program among kids 6 to 11 (second only to Hannah Montana which ranks number) and is number 3 among tweens. It is also the number 3 scripted series across all basic cable in total viewers.
‘The Suite life on Deck’, is a spin-off of the popular ‘The Suite Life of Zack and Cody’ who have reached up to season 3. TSLOD has almost the same storyline with old ‘The Suite Life of Zack and Cody’ except that the Zack and Cody are now 16-year old teenagers attending Seven Seas High School and away from their mother. Seven Seas High School is actually onboard on a cruise ship called S.S. Tipton.
The Suite Life On Deck ended their season 1 with bang with the special cross-over episode Double-Crossed. The Suite Life On Deck Season 2 will premiere on August 7, 2009 with the pilot episode The Spy Who Shoved Me. It will be followed by the Ala-ka-scram episode on August 14, and the Season 2 Episode 3: In Line of Duty will follow on August 21.
The Suite Life on Deck Main Characters:
Zack Martin – One of the Martin twins and he runs the juice bar on the ship. He will be onboard on the luxury passenger cruise liner, the S.S. Tipton, where they attend classes at Seven Seas High with his twin Cody. Zachary “Zack” Martin (Dylan Sprouse) is typically the unstudious, mischievous and outgoing twin.
Cody Martin – He is Zack’s twin and work as towel boy in the S.S Tipton. Cody (Cole Sprouse) is the studious, mature, and sensitive twin who gets straight “A’s”. He often plays along with his brother’s crazy schemes. He shows less interest in girls than his brother, though his “sensitivity” usually gets him the girls. Zack usually picks Cody a lot, but becomes very protective of him. Cody has a crush on Bailey similar to the crush Zack has on Maddie (played Ashley Tisdale on The Suite Life of Zack and Cody).
London Tipton – London Tipton (Brenda Song) is the daughter of Wilfred Tipton, the owner of the Tipton Hotel and the S.S. Tipton. She is an obvious parody of Paris Hilton, down to the ditzy demeanor and frivolous spending and name of the character (London/Paris and Tipton/Hilton) and both fathers owning hotel chains. London is a dim-witted, spoiled, rich teenager. She dislikes her step-moms (she has had more than six; in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody series finale, she claims she has had twelve) and talks to Mr. Moseby about her problems. When happy she usually claps her hands repeatedly while saying her catchphrase, “Yay me!” Though it seems like London may lead the ultimate rich-girl life, her childhood was not perfect. Constantly her parents were away running the hotel in different areas of the world. On the SS Tipton, she makes new friends, Bailey, who will be her roommate, which she grows to like, and Woody.
Bailey Pickett – Bailey Pickett (Debby Ryan) is a 15-year-old small town girl from Kettlecorn, Kansas. She shares a room with London. Bailey is also a student at Seven Seas High and attends classes with new friends Zack, Cody, London and Woody. She came on the ship to leave the farm because she hates the fact that the town is so small. She pretends to be a boy in the pilot episode in Season 1 in order to get a room, but her gender is revealed near the end of the episode and London is forced to be her roommate.
Marion Moseby – Mr. Marion Moseby (Phill Lewis) former manager of the Boston Tipton now works on the S.S. Tipton and also is the guardian of Zack, Cody and London while they are on the ship attending Seven Seas High. Mr. Moseby is usually getting frustrated by Zack and Cody, but deep down really likes them and he also gives London advice and helps her with her problems
Woody Fink (Matthew Timmons) from Cleveland, Ohio. Woody is Cody’s roommate on the S.S. Tipton. He is very different from Cody, being messy and disorganized and having bad grades at school. He only packed one pair of underwear for the whole school semester, but wore another pair. Woody also directs London’s webshow,”Yay Me! Starring London Tipton”. Woody also can direct passed wind to sound like different songs.
