Our long wait is almost over! Ugly Betty Season 4 is almost here and Ugly Betty will be back in a big way. Ugly Betty is scheduled to air its pilot episode for season this coming October 16. Ugly Betty had successfully made its way into the heart of its audiences. The previous three seasons of Ugly Betty had made it big not only in US but also in United Kingdom and Australia. According to some buzz, Betty will remove her braces. Goodness! I can’t wait to see her braces off!!!

This October, America Ferrera (Betty Suarez) and the rest of the Ugly Betty gang will be back to give us another whole season of unique entertainment that only Ugly Betty can deliver. A unique brand of entertainment, that what separate Ugly Betty from any other TV series. It is a drama set in the midst of comedy or maybe it is a comedy in that occurs in the midst of a drama.

Ugly Betty Season 4 will be moving from its Thursday timeslot to Friday. It will be occupying the 8:00 PM (EST) Friday timeslot on ABC. It will be aired opposite to Medium of CBS, Southland of NBC, and Dollhouse of Fox.
Most of the main cast from previous season will be returning for the fourth season. There are only few changes in terms of casting. The former main character Christina McKinney (played by Ashley Jensen) becoming a recurring character. Yaya DaCosta has taken over the recurring role of Nico Slater, who was played in the first season by Jowharah Jones. Max Ehrich, who played Justin’s classmate Randy



Ugly Betty Season 4 Plot

Kristen Johnston has revealed that she will be playing a character called Helen. She has quoted that she will be like Amanda in her later years in a tragic way. Justin will attend a performing arts high school and it is expected that his sexuality will slowly start evolving (and if it does happen, he could finally reveal himself as gay as hinted during the series first three seasons). Marc and Amanda’s love lives will be explored, along with Amanda finally discovering her knack for fashion and Marc seeking revenge on Betty after being denied the features editor’s job. Betty’s braces will come off and it is expected that her romance with Matt will continue but with some obstacles that will await them. A former flame will return to woo Hilda but Betty could stand in her way. The adoption paper that Claire burns will be discussed as well. It’s rumored that she will search her “secret” son along with Amanda for her father. Wilhelmina will be struggling with her search for Conner, but have to face bigger problems when Nico is involved in a “murder mystery” that will last around the first half of the season.
