Big Time Rush is the newest live-action television series from Nickelodeon with Sonny Music Entertainment as partner. Big Time Rush will star Carlos Pena, James Maslow, Logan Henderson and Kendall Schmidt. Carlos Pena is being known as the Grand Winner of Latin American Idol Season 2.

Big Time Rush is all about dreams, friendship and brotherhood that chronicle the finding, making and breaking-of a potential chart topping boy band.

The premiere episode is aptly titled Big Time Audition. This is the beginning of the saga of the four boys making their dream come true. The boys (James, Kendall, Logan and Carlos) form a band and move to Los Angles in hopes of proving their dedication to a record label.



In Big Time Rush special preview, 16-year-old Kendall, was unintentionally discovered by eccentric record executive Gustavo Rocque (Stephen Glickman) during a nationwide casting call and must choose between staying home in Minneapolis with his friends and pursuing a singing career in Hollywood.

Kendall don’t see himself as a solo artist, make a deal with the Hollywood image-maker and agrees to undergo “pop group 101” training in exchange for giving his best friends – James, Logan and Carlos – the opportunity to be in a music group with him. The boys travel with Kendall’s mom (Challen Cates) and younger sister (Ciara Bravo) from the snowy Midwest to sunny Los Angeles, where they move into the Palm Woods, a swanky temporary housing development where entertainment companies house their budding new talent.

Big Time Rush will have a special one-hour preview on Saturday, November 28 in Nickelodeon right after the iCarly: iMove Out episode. The BTR is scheduled to premiere in 2010.
