I guess everyone is familiar with the famous novel Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland written by Lewis Carroll. Most of us have spent some of our childhood days watching the Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland cartoon in Disney. The Alice in Wonderland movie that is schedule to be released on March 5, 2010 is quite different from other Alice in Wonderland versions.

The “new” Alice in Wonderland is directed by veteran director Tim Burton who is famous for his dark and quirky-themed films. Alice in Wonderland is a combination of live action and motion capture technique. Mia Wasikowska plays the lead character Alice, Johnny Depp as The Mad Hatter, Anne Hathaway as The White Queen, Helena Bonham Carter as The Red Queen and Crispin Glover as The Knave of Hearts.

This will be another movie that I’ll be dying to watch. For sure you’ll want to watch Alice in Wonderland online free.




Alice in Wonderland Synopsis:

Alice is now all grown-up, she’s 19, attends a party at a Victorian estate only to find she is about to be proposed to by a rich suitor in front of hundreds of snooty society types. She runs off and Alice tumbles down, down, down a rabbit-hole in pursuit of a White Rabbit she finds herself in Wonderland. And there begin the fantastic adventures. Alice will be experiencing extraordinary changes in size, swimming in a pool of her own tears and attending the very maddest of tea parties.

Alice did not remember the Wonderland, a place she visited many years before, yet she doesn’t remember. The White Rabbit claims to have come back for Alice because she is the only one who can slay the Jabberwock, the beast who guards the Red Queen’s empire. Since Alice left, the Red Queen took over all of Wonderland, and made life great for her, while ruining everyone else’s life. Alice remains completely unaware of why she is in Wonderland, and is confused about the fact that she had once visited Wonderland years before. She then embarks big and small on an adventure of self discovery to save Wonderland from the Red Queen’s reign of terror with the help of her Wonderland friends.

Wonderland is no ordinary place and the characters that populate it are quite unlike anybody young Alice has ever met before. In this imaginary land she encounters the savagely violent Queen, the Lachrymose Mock Turtle, the laconic Cheshire Cat and the hookah-smoking Caterpillar, each as surprising and outlandish as the next.

For all Alice’s followers all throughout the generations, this movie could be a pleasure or a disappointment. As for me, I am planning to watch Alice in Wonderland online.
