We Are The World is the battle cry for the USA for Africa charity originally recorded in 1895, written by Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie. The new version of We Are The World was recorded again after 25 years to call for help to assists the victim of earthquake that devastate Haiti in January 12, 2010.

The new version of the song was recorded on February 1, 2010, in a session lasting fourteen hours. Eighty five musicians were reportedly involved in the song’s recording, which was held in the same place as the original, at Henson Recording Studio on Beverly Boulevard in Los Angeles, California

The new version features updated lyrics and music, such as a rap segment pertaining to Haiti, described as a “Greek chorus extension”, which was written by will.i.am. Other writers included Kanye West, Jones and LL Cool J.

Haitian-American musician Wyclef Jean also serves as a producer. In addition, Wyclef Jean sings the first line of the second chorus in the native Haitian Creole language. “We Are the World 25 for Haiti” consists of a musician singing a line, and then they harmonize with the next musician.

Hang-on guys, only a few more months to go before the premiere of the much anticipated Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam of Disney Channel. The Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam is the sequel of the Camp Rock, the third highest rated Disney Channel original movie which records 8.9 million viewers on its premiere.

In the Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam the gang reunited at Camp Rock for another summer of music and fun. Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato reprise their roles as Shane and Mitchie, they will be joined by Kevin ad Nick Jonas, Meaghan Jette Martin, Maria Canals-Barrera, Anna Maria Perez de Tagle, Chloe Bridges and many others.

The Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam Sneak Peek was aired during the Disney Channel’s New Year’s Eve Showdown. In the sneak peek, you get a “peek” of the movie plus the music video shoot for “It’s On.”

The Wiz-tober event in Disney Channel will officially begin in October 1, and in line with this special Halloween Celebration Disney Channel had launched a special program wherein kids can join. It is called the “Call In Your Haunt”. Call in Your Haunt is a sort of “contest” where fans can record their own spooky haunted house sound effects. Select entries can be heard online in the Wizards of Waverly Place Haunted
House, and will air on Disney Channel during the programming event.
You can have the printable version of Call in Your Haunt instruction and guidelines at Disneychannel.com, but if you have slow internet connection it takes ages to download because of the awesome special effects embedded on the page. After a long break, Sonny and the rest of So Random! star is back for another episode of laughter and fun. Last June 1, year Gary Marsh the President of Entertainment, Disney Channel Worldwide had announced that they are ordering for the Sonny With A Chance Season 2. This a great news for all Demi and SWAC fans like me. This week’s episode is the 16th episode of Sonny With A Chance Season 1 , and there are few more episodes before the season 1 will end.

Sonny With A Chance Season 1 Episode 16: Sonny In The Kitchen With Dinner will be aired on Sunday (August 16) back-to-back with the Jonas Episode 11: Frantic Romantic.

Meanwhile, warmest congratulations to Demi Lovato for winning the Choice TV Breakout Star Female fo Sonny With A Chance, in the recently concluded 11th Teen Choice Awards which was hosted by the Jonas Brothers in Los Angeles.

SWAC Season 1 Episode 16: Sonny in the Kitchen with Dinner Synopsis:

Sonny is trying to help Tawni to have a date with their intern name Hayden, with that she begs Chad to give her his Lakers tickets. But during the game, Sonny and Hayden are caught by the kiss cam and they are forced to kiss (just an innocent kiss). Tawni sees them kiss and she gets mad with Sonny while Chad gets jealous because he sees the kiss on the Tween Weekly Magazine. Tawni gets mad and hides in her dressing room, locking the two doors. To make up with Tawni, Sonny makes another date and tells Hayden that Tawni is going to cook for him. But when Sonny learns that Tawni can’t cook, Sonny offers to have the date at her place and to cook the food.

Disney Channel is celebrating a Summer of Stars, it is a 3-months long celebration for the school summer break. In line with the celebration, Disney Channel created a special programming block. It has series of new episodes for its top shows like Hannah Montana Season 3, JONAS! and of course Sonny With A Chance every week. This weekend there will be brand new episodes for your favorite Disney Original Series. With A Chance Season 1 Episode 14 will air Prank’d, while Hannah Montana Season 3 Episode 18: He Could Be The One (Part 1) followed by He Could Be The One (Part 2) and the Jonas! Season 1 Episode 9: Complete Repeat.

Sonny With A Chance Season 1 Episode 14: Prank’d is the second episode of SWAC for the celebration of Summer of Stars. SWAC SE01Ep14: Prank’d title was referenced to the American hidden camera practical joke television series on MTV, produced and hosted by Ashton Kutcher.

SWAC Season 1 Episode 14 Prank’d Synopsis:

Chad is the host of a new prank show and Sonny fears she is his next target when Chad arranges a movie audition for her that happens to be for the role of Sonny’s favorite superhero “Fashionita”. So Sonny pulls a prank on the audition people and Chad later tells her he wasn’t pulling a prank on her. Sonny feels embarrassed and apologizes to Chad. Later Tawni wants to audition for the super hero role and Chad sets this one up as a prank. When Chad pranks her he finds out he was the one being pranked. It turns out it was Zora who was actually the host of Celebrity Practical Joked and pranked Chad in to thinking he was the host. That was not the end of the prank though. She also glued his feet to the floor, put elephant manure in his convertible, and glued his face the window.

This is the seventh episode of the Season 1, and it is directed by David Trainer and written by Amy Engelberg and Wendy Engelberg. This episode is all above gossips, scandal, anger and revenge…ummhhh… sounds serious? Nah, just joking just read on the synopsis.

Synopsis of the Poll’d Apart:

When the gossip blogger named Sharona targets Sonny and Tawni on her blogs, Sonny tried to ask Sharona not to post negative blog about Tawni. Unfortunately, Sharona did not listen to Sonny so she makes a sketch to make fun of Sharona. Eventually, the gossip blogger sees the sketch and threaten the whole So Random! casts, so they won’t come to the “Oh No You Didn’t” Awards. But the cast goes anyway to get revenge, they wear the same clothes as Sharona and she gets so mad she falls into a pond.
On the other hand, Grady and Nico try to convince Chad, by bribing him, to drive them to the awards ceremony in his new car. Chad takes the bribes but leaves the two alone to fight after he says no to Grady and Nico. As revenge Nico and Grady take Chad’s car battery.

So Random! sketch:
“The Wicked Witch of the Web” – A Wizard of Oz parody that pokes fun at Sharona.
“Bad Hair Day”- This is the sketch Sharona uses to hurt Tawni’s feelings.

Dressed for Success is the eleventh episode in the third season, the 52nd episode overall, of the American dramedy series Ugly Betty, which aired on January 8, 2009. The episode was directed by Matt Shakman.

The day begins with Betty helping Hilda, Justin and Ignacio decorating the Suarez home as they celebrate the relaunch of “Hilda’s Beautilities.” Betty agreed to help out Hilda with filling out gift baskets and other goodies, believing it would not interfere with her work and her studies at YETI.

Hello World! This was the first words “spoken” by a computer by most of the programmers and it is also my first program ever written. Hello World! Is the cyberspace’s equivalent to human “da-da” (the most common first word uttered by human babies) thus, as the first entry, the first post of my first domain I say “Hello Word!”

It is exactly 1 year and 15 days since I’d joined the fast growing population of the new world called blogosphere. In my 1 year and 15 days of existence in this new world I’m just a lowly-squatter using i.ph, wordpress and blogspot as my shelter. At those days, I study and try to learn the intricacies of living and surviving in this virtual world where you might not see the face of your neighbors but you’re interacting with their brains.

After a year, I felt that I’m mature enough to move another step forward and venture to a new horizon. I think and I feel that I am strong enough to move out from the wings of those who shelter and stand on my own.
