This episode was used to be called Sugar, No Sugar but it was on-hold for airing until this week.

Guests stars on this episodes are Rebecca Creskoff as the school nurse, Shanica Knowles as Amber Addison, Romi Dames as Traci VanHorn and Anna Maria Perez de Tagle as Ashley Dewitt. Anna Maria Perez de Tagle also star as Ella in the upcoming Disney Channel Movie Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam.

Hannah Montana Season 3 Episode 23: Uptight (Oliver’s Alright) Synopsis:

When Miley and Lilly learns that Oliver has Type 1 diabetes, the girls appointed themselves to become Oliver’s personal “food police” at Traci Van Horn sixteenth birthday. Oliver ends their meddling by educating them about Type 1 diabetes. They learn that they can support their friends no matter what the challenge.
