After Lilly’s 16th birthday disaster (shown in Hannah Montana The Movie), Miley tries to make her best friend’s 17th birthday perfect. Hannah promised to Lilly that she will return from her out-of-state concert to celebrate with her. However, when Miley’s flight gets cancelled, she must find a way to keep her promise, even if it means getting help from unlikely fans of Robby Ray.

Meanwhile, Jackson is tired of listening to Lilly’s whine about Miley absence, so when Rico arrives with two tickets to a basketball game, he gladly accepts.
