Guest stars are Dan Benson as Zeke and Bill Chott as Mr. Laritate .

The next episode of Wizard of Waverly Place Season 2 will on July 17, 2009. It is a special “crossover event of the summer” episode. The episode is entitled Wizards on Deck With Hannah Montana.

Alex is selected to paint the school’s mural, which she is very excited about. Alex got fantastic ideas however, after using magic to make the mural, she ends up messing up her own artistic ideas.

Few days, specifically 11 days from today, Princess Protection Program will premiere on Disney Channel. Princess Protection Program is the latest original movie from Disney Channel. Its stars the two hottest female tween stars namely Demi Lovato of Sonny With A Chance and Selena Gomez of Wizards of Waverly Place. PPP is set to show on June 26 as a part of Disney’s Summer of Stars special Programming block.

On the movie Demi Lovato plays as role of a royal princess name Princess Rosalinda. When their tiny country was invaded by a dictator, Princess Rosalinda was taken into custody by the Princess Protection Program for her safety. While Selena Gomez plays the role of Carter Mason, the daughter of Agent Mason. Rosie quickly becomes popular at school which Carter must learn to accept but the two also form a close bond as Carter helps Rosie transform into a normal teenager and Rosie shows Carter how to find the princess within herself.

Wizards of Waverly Place The Movie

In line with the Disney’s Summer of Stars celebration another Disney Channel Original Movie is set to premier this summer of 2009. In addition to Princess Protection Program which is scheduled to premier on June 26, the Russo family of Wizards of Waverly Place will take the center stage for the Wizards of Waverly Place The Movie. WOWP The Movie is the film adaptation of the Disney hit series Wizards of Waverly Place.
The movie was written by Dan Berendsen, is the same guy who wrote the Hannah Montana: The Movie and the upcoming Jonas Brothers movie the Camp Rock 2. Wizards of Waverly Place The Movie is directed by Lev L. Spiro, the same man who brought brilliance to Ugly Betty and Minutemen. WOWP The Movie is scheduled to premier on August 28 this year.

The production of Wizards of Waverly Place The Movie began on last February 15, 2009 in Puerto Rico and the rest of the movie will be filmed in New York City and Los Angeles, California. The movie will star the Selena Gomez as Alex Russo, David Henrie as Justin Russo, Jake T. Austin as Max Russo, Jennifer Stone as Harper Finkle, Maria Canals-Barrera as Theresa Russo and David DeLuise as Jerry Russo. They are actually the same guys who star in Wizard of Waverly Place TV series.


In the Wizards of Waverly Place The Movie, the Russo family went to a vacation on the Caribbean resort where Jerry and Theresa first met. The adventure comedy has Alex (Selena Gomez) upset that she must accompany her family on the trip and she ultimately conjures a spell that reverses her parents’ fateful first meeting and puts the Russo family’s very existence in question. The only chance to cancel the spell is to find the all-powerful “Stone of Dreams”, so Alex and her brother Justin set out to jungle to find the stone. Meanwhile, Max, who remains with the presence of their squabbling parents scrambles to find the way to make their parents fall in love again.

Selena Gomez is also teamed up with her BFF Demi Lovato in another Disney Channel Original Movie Princess Protection Program which to be aired prior to Wizards of Waverly Place The Movie. So guys, mark your calendars June 26, 2009 is Princess Protection Program Day and August 28, 2009 is Wizards of Waverly Place The Movie Day.

Episode Title: Battle Of The Networks’ Stars Air Date: June 07, 2009 After a short break from the 12th episode The Heartbreak Kid which was shown last May 17, Sonny and her gang is back with the new episode entitled Battle Of The Networks’ Stars. This episode will feature Demi’s best friend Selena Gomez as Sonny. Demi and Selena will also be starring in the newest Disney Channel Original Movie Princess Protection Program which will be premiering on June 26 this year. The star of MacKenzie Falls (So Random! rival show) Chad Dylan Cooper is planning to make a documentary on his life, casting people to play the cast of So Random! Chad decided to have the real So Random! cast to play as themselves, except for Sonny, because Chad thinks Sonny has a diva personality. So, Chad decided to enlist Selena Gomez to play as Sonny Munroe. To learn more about Sonny’s character, Selena follows Sonny around. Sonny gets jealous of not getting the part and starts to make fun of Selena’s “Wizards” character by creating a sketch about wizards, so Selena gets Sonny and Chad to realize their feelings for each other.

Princess Protection Program is the newest telemovie (movie made for TV) offering of Disney Channel Original Movie. Princess Protection Program stars the two of the most bankable young stars of Disney
Channel namely Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez. Demi Lovato is a mainstay of Disney Channel who is also the lead star of Disney Original TV series Sonny With A Chance, she will be joined by her real life best friend Selena Gomez who is also a mainstay of Disney Channel. The movie will feature the song “One And The Same”, a duet between Demi and Selena as well as a song from Demi’s debut album, the song is entitled “Two Worlds Collide”. The movie will premier in Disney Channel on June 26, 2009.

Demi Lovato who is currently playing the role of Sonny in Disney’s TV series Sonny Got A Chance plays the role of Pricess Rosalinda in this movie.  While Selena Gomez who plays the role of Alex Russo in Wizards of Waverly Place plays the role of Carter Mason, an ordinary teenage girls who become the friend of Princess Rosalinda in the movie.

Disney Channel is once again lining up another Disney Channel Original Movie for us to enjoy.  Disney Channel Original the same production who give us blockbuster and totally unforgettable movies like High School Musical, Camp Rock, Hannah Montana: The Movie Ice Princess and many others.  Coming June this Disney Original Movie will give us another blockbuster original movie the Princess Protection Program.


The Princess Protection Program stars the two uprising teenage Disney stars, Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez on the leading role.  The TV movie is scheduled to premiere on Disney Channel in June.  Princess Protection Program is directed by Allison Liddi.

On the movie Demi Lovato plays as role of a royal princess name Princess Rosalinda.  When their tiny country was invaded by a dictator, Princess Rosalinda was taken into custody by the Princess Protection Program for her safety.  For her protection, the agent named Mason, hides the Princess in his home in Wisconsin.  Princess Rosalinda became Rosie, and with the help of his daughter Carter, they taught the Princess how behave like an ordinary normal teenager.

On the other hand Selena Gomez plays the role of Carter Mason, the daughter of Agent Mason.  She is an insecure tomboy, Carter works at a local bait shop after school and dreams of going to the school dance with her crush, Donny, the school hunk. Rosie quickly becomes popular at school which Carter must learn to accept but the two also form a close bond as Carter helps Rosie transform into a normal teenager and Rosie shows Carter how to find the princess within herself.

The movie will feature the song “One And The Same”, a duet between Demi and Selena as well as a song from Demi’s debut album, the song is entitled “Two Worlds Collide”.  The Two Worlds Collide is originally written by Demi and Jonas Brothers for Selena.  Princess Protection Program or PPP is rumored to be premiering on Friday, June 26 this year but the Disney did not confirm the date yet.  According to Wikipedia is will be shown first in France on May 20, 2009 (needed to be confirmed too).
